Recreation Park De Kurenpolder

Klimpark Biesbosch is located on the estate of De Kurenpolder, right next to the Brabantse Biesbosch. This unique location in the beautiful nature serves as the backdrop for the spectacular climbing park. For campers, this is of course a unique outing during the holiday, but it’s also perfect for day visitors who want to enjoy a day at the beach combined with the climbing park. Moreover, the climbing park is right next to TeamBiesbosch, which offers all kinds of outdoor activities like canoeing, laser tag, stand-up paddleboarding, and much more.

Day recreatie

De Kurenpolder is an ideal area to relax for the day. Sunbathe on the beach, let the kids play in the playgrounds, on the trampolines, or in the water. You can also grab a bite to eat or drink in the plaza. It’s perfect for a family outing, a day trip with the kids, or an adventure with friends. Of course, the climbing park is perfect for being active before you kick back and relax on the beach.

Golf course

Located along the Kurenmeer, between the lake and the Maas River, there is a beautiful 9-hole golf course. At Golfschool de Kurenpolder, you can also take lessons.

Campsite

De Kurenpolder is a beautiful campsite that has been receiving extremely high ratings in the ANWB test for years. You can book seasonal pitches here or simply enjoy a weekend getaway with your family. For guests who prefer a more luxurious stay, there is the option to rent a chalet. The surrounding area offers plenty of activities such as visiting a museum, cycling routes through the Biesbosch, and boating in the Biesbosch. But you don’t even need to leave the recreation park for entertainment, as there are several playgrounds, a large beach by the lake with excellent swimming water, a skate park, a small soccer field, and a large restaurant on the campsite. Finally, there’s a subtropical swimming pool where, in case of bad weather, you can still enjoy swimming indoors and slide down the super long waterslide.
